What does the free trial include?
Your first full mock test, AI-marked; 4 practice sessions; 3 AI evaluations of practice; 2 dialogues; and the Business vocabulary and flashcards. Enough to try the real format before you buy — no card needed.
What does a pack unlock?
Everything: a set of AI-marked mock tests, every dialogue in every topic, unlimited practice with AI evaluation (up to 30 segments a day), and vocabulary and flashcards for every topic. AI marking checks each interpretation for omissions, distortions and register slips — the things CCL markers look for — tells you how to fix them, and estimates your score out of 90.
Is the first AI-marked mock really free?
Yes. Every account gets its first AI-marked mock test free, with no card needed, so you can see the feedback before you buy anything.
Which pack should I choose?
Starter (5 mock tests, $29) suits a few check-ins before your test. Exam prep (12 mock tests, $59) covers two mock tests a week for six weeks — the best price per test.
Do mock tests expire?
No. Mock tests you buy stay in your account until you use them. Marking the same test again doesn’t use another one.
Is NAATI CCL Prep the official NAATI test?
No. It’s an independent practice tool, and scores are estimates. See the CCL test guide for how the real test works and the disclaimer.

Payments and refunds

Will I be charged again?
No. Every pack is a one-off payment with no subscription and no auto-renewal. You’re only charged when you choose to buy.
What is the refund policy?
Email us within 3 days of buying and we’ll refund the full amount, as long as you haven’t used any mock tests from that pack. Refunds go back to the original card. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply as well. Use the contact page and include the email on your account. Full details are in the terms.
How do I pay?
By Visa or Mastercard, through Stripe’s secure checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by NAATI CCL Prep. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Where are my receipts?
Stripe emails a receipt for each purchase. You can also use “Receipts and card” on the Billing page to download them.

Your data

What happens when I run out of AI-marked mocks?
Nothing is lost. Your attempts, marks, feedback, notes and recordings stay in your account, and you can keep practising. Buy another pack whenever you want more mock tests.
Who can hear my recordings?
Only you. Recordings are private to your account and are deleted when you delete the attempt or your account. Details are in the privacy policy.
